The Age of Adaline is a unique movie that does not put its viewers to sleep. Things are very interesting it is hard to doze off whilst watching the movie. The movie’s plot is actually cool, but kind of weird. The movie’s twist made it worth the watch. Things were heating up and I was dreading to know how things would go. Now I know.

Adaline was a woman who does not age, after having a car accident and being struck by a lightning. While the people around her, including her daughter, aged as days passed by, she remained still. She never aged a day, which was pretty sad as she had no one beside her to embrace the never-aging condition. I still think that it’s her daughter who had experienced so much pain.

A big part of the plot was Adaline’s thing for Ellis’ father, William. As a woman who never aged, she met so many guys which included the guy she was with currently. I still like William and Adaline’s story, but sadly it did not come to a happy ending. Ellis and Adaline’s story, however, helped Adaline to continue with her life.

Overall, I love the movie. It was a little bit long but definitely enjoyable. Curiousity raged through my body as I wondered, while watching, if such condition exists. This is a must watch movie as it does not only tell a story about love towards the opposite sex but as well as that of the family.
